Welcome to reluume “we,” “us,” “our”. These Terms of Service “TOS” govern your use of our website located at reluume.com and any related online services collectively, the “Site”. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Not Medical Advice / No Doctor–Patient Relationship

1.2 No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Your use of this Site does not create a doctor–patient or chiropractor–patient relationship with Dr. Ashley DeBoer, Dr. Ashley DeBoer, PC, or any provider associated with this practice. A provider–patient relationship is only formed after you are seen in person (or through legally compliant telehealth, if offered) and have completed the appropriate intake and consent forms.

2. Emergency & Urgent Situations

This Site is not for emergencies or urgent health situations.
If you or your child are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site to seek emergency advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Scope

3.1 Intended Users

reluume is located in Arizona, and our chiropractic services are primarily offered to individuals located in Arizona.
